From the A1: Leave the A1 at the A605 / A1139 junction. Bear left in the left hand lane on the slip road signposted for the Peterborough Business Park and Nene Park. At the roundabout at the top of the slip road take the 4th exit onto a short stretch of dual carriageway, go straight across the next roundabout and pass the East of England Showground on your left. Take the 4th exit at the roundabout (at the business park) onto a long straight single carriageway with a footbridge overhead in the distance. Follow brown signs for Ferry Meadows Country Park, which will take you straight over the roundabout after the footbridge and then left at the next roundabout onto Ham Lane with Notcutts Garden Centre on the left. Follow the road through the park over several speed bumps and you will see the lake and centre.
NB. When leaving the A1 do not take the right hand fork on the slip road which leads towards Hampton and Tesco - if you find yourself passing a line of orange bollards on your left while travelling on a dual carriageway you have gone wrong and need to take a reciprocal route at the next roundabout to return to the roundabout described above at the end of the A1 Sliproad.
