Dinghy Sailing Courses 2010

Adult Beginners (RYA LEVEL 1)

Start Sailing RYA level 1   12 hours - weekend course     £135.00
Teaches you all the basics to get you started. No experience necessary. Dates for this course are as follows:
17/18 April, 15/16 May, 12/13 June, 10/11 July, 07/08 Aug, 14/15 Aug,  18/19 Sept, 02/03 Oct.     

Basic Skills RYA level 2    Over a weekend      £135.00
Building on the basics, by the end of this course you should be a competent light wind sailor. Dates for this course are as follows:
29/30 May, 17/18 July, 21/22 Aug, 16/17 Oct.

RYA Level 1 + 2      5 day course      £305.00
Pick any weekend from the level 1 dates, you then have 1 day free sailing (to practice) whenever it suits you, then pick your level 2 dates. No experience needed.

Adult refresher  Level 1    £75.00
1 day (6 Hours)

Family Dinghy Tuition    £45.00 per hour
This is a course for up to two adults and two children, with all equipment provided.

Dinghy Seamanship Skills    2 days     £145.00
For those who are Level 2 standard, by the end of this course you should be able to handle a wide range of situations afloat.

Start Racing    2 days    £145.00
For those who are level 2 standard, this course teaches all the skills required to enjoy club racing, including how to maximise boat speed and how to outwit your opponents. Dates TBA

Sailing with spinnakers    2 days   £145.00
For those who are level 2 standard, this course will teach you everything you need to know about sailing with a kite. Dates TBA
